Entrance to this property is through large gates with paved driveway with ample secure parking.

Grahamstown is only 60km from some of South Africa's most beautiful beaches on the Sunshine Coast and is also the perfect overnight stop when travelling along the Garden Route from Cape Town and on to Durban along the Wild Coast.

Grahamstown is a lively student town, with a buzzing night life and a wide selection of great restaurants.

It is also home to the world renowned Standard Bank National Arts Festival.
